WHY NZ VETS MAKE MONEY AS ITS ALL ONLINE

SELLING. BUT CHECK OUT SOME EASY HOME CURE FIX UPS FOR DOGS

The NZ VETS ARE JUST ABOUT FINISHED AS BIG BUSINESS TAKES OVER AND ONLINE SHOPS ARE SELLING PET PRODUCTS AT OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. Animal husbandry is out the door as Vet Companies amalgamate and do the 8-5 pm work with no after hours and if so can charge exhorbitant fees. They are bought up by wealthy people as a business of selling you the public expensive items. Buying flea solution is a ripoff and for 4-5 doses the cost may be $36-48??? and guess who gets it all. But be careful of many products which can harm your Pet rather than help. Check below on some good remedies for your pets.

Will you ever be able to afford that looking after your pet without

paying such outrageous prices !!!

  • SOME HOME CURES FOR PET DOGS & PETS

MANGE CURE

Best cure for dog mange is to mix a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution with water and add borax [ DO NOT USE BORAX ACID ] BUT USE PLAIN borax. Dissolve thoroughly. Wash the dog with it once a week. Do NOT WASH THE solution left on the dog with ANY WATER. Do not wipe the dog dry. Approximate measurements are 1 bottle of 500 of 3% H2O2, plus 1000 of the cc of water, plus heaping 3 tablespoons of borax. Stir until most of borax is dissolved. The solution will take effect on mange. The borax will destroy the eggs from laying under the skin which causes the mange. The treatment period should not be longer than a month or two. The dog will probably not be resistant as the treatment is painless.

FLEA CONTROL

Adding 1/8 teaspoon per liter of water of borax added to the dog's water will cause the larger fleas to dry up and die at the same time. Dogs can be given 1 gram of the sodium perborate crystals whenever he feels sick and the fleas just die off. The borax [ NOT borax acid ] modifies the dog's blood and kills the mange inside out. This is why borax, i.e., sodium perborate, is good for mange. MAKE SURE THE LIVING QUARTERS OF YOUR PET ARE CLEAN as a clean dog living on an old matt may not work if it hardbours fleas. Flea shampoo is only good for a few days and collars etc OK for a week or so but the best is as above. Advantage or Frontline are cures long term but is dear to buy and watch out for other brands that say they are good but in effect are more harm. The downside is the cost of Frontline and theres other remedies thats just as good.

YOUR PET SHOWS DOES NOT EAT OR DRINK & IS TIRED

If your pet gets tired, won't eat or drink and just sleeps check the gums of your pet. If they are showing signs of going white [ not the natural pink colour, thats normal] then chances are they have eaten your rat or mouse bait or even the slug pellets in your garden. They need to be taken to the Vet and given Vitamin K to act upon the slow release poison and do this as soon as you see signs of tiedness. As this poison is slow release poison it may be taken for 1 month to clear even after the pet comes right so add with gradual small doses eg. 1/4 pill per day after signs of your pet getting healthy and starting to eat. Avoid picking her up or giving bones etc that could rupture blood vessels so keep your pet quiet and confortable until it gets better. Rat poison is usually laid before or during winter when mice and rats tend to look for warmer areas to breed or lodge meaning your sheds and house.

What is Vitamin K: The rat poisons deplete the body of Vitamin K in pets so it needs to be replaced. Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin that promotes healthy blood clotting and bone density in dogs, and can be naturally produced, injected or supplemented in food and capsule form. Mouse and rat poisons such as Warfarin contain the toxic ingredient coumarin, which depletes vitamin K, thinning blood and causing hemorrhaging in dogs and other animals that mistakenly ingest the poison, leading to your pet's death.

Vitamin E Foods rich in Vitamin E include plant oils such as safflower and wheat germ. As with the other fat soluble vitamins, Vitamin E is also highly concentrated in meats such as liver and fat. All of the functions of Vitamin E are not known, but it plays a role in the formation of cell membranes, cell respiration, and in the metabolism of fats. It is an antioxidant and protects various hormones from oxidation. Deficiencies of Vitamin E will cause cell damage and death in skeletal muscle, heart, testes, liver, and nerves. It is essential in keeping the cells of these organs alive and functioning. Vitamin E deficiencies have been well documented in both dogs and cats.

Vitamin D stimulates the kidney conservation of calcium and therefore helps the body to retain it. Because of its interplay with calcium, Vitamin D is extremely important in bone formation and nerve and muscle control.

Vitamin A is the yellow pigment found in plants. This pigment is called carotene. When fed to dogs, carotene is easily converted by the intestinal cells into the usable Vitamin A. Not so in cats. Cats have a greatly reduced ability to convert plant pigment (Beta Carotene) to Vitamin A. Because of this, cats must be fed Vitamin A already in the liver storage form as retinyl palmitate.

DOG CARE

A shiny coat on your animal is a healthy animal. Change its diet and don't forget to give your animal vitamins and vegs as well not just bisuits and dog roll. Many dog rolls are full of rubbish but offer the dog alternatives and watch their health. Cold weather also affects a dog as his coat is not suitable for snow; frost etc and they feel it---so thinking he will be tough by leaving him outside all the time does nothing at all. Keep the food bowls clean and be responsible for your dog like prevent it biting other people and animals. The dog does not know and will be your freind but you are too blame if they attack others??? not the dog.
