If you have macrocarpa trees you dont want then email us and we will take them away for you. If you want mac timbers we can mill and cut them to suit your building needs or buy the trees outright if suitable. We buy as far North as Bulls, Fielding, Palmerston North down to the Kapiit coast to Upper Hutt. email us today

Handy Hints :

1/. 1cbm = 1m x 1m 1m

2/. We have plenty of firewood in Levin

3/. Use old tea bags socked in diesel for fire starters. Wrap 2 tea bags in a sheet of newspaper?

4/. Use old bark for kindling. We also have Macrocarpa dry branches for sale--just ask us for starters.

Mac. Water does not penetrate Mac unlike Pine so once ringed and split is fine. Please note Mac does spit so only ideal for enclosed wood fires & is sometimes hard to start so best to use once your fire is up and burning. Our trees have been down well over 1.6 years. We have no more millable Mac logs
